CTRAN’s Achievements

CTRAN is the project partner interfacing with the Government and has been instrumental in ensuring smooth progress of the project since its commencement. We have facilitated close liaison with the Government and other project partners, and have been actively involved in all activities from site selection to validation of layouts and designs, tendering process, branding, coordinating exposure visits, and taking feedback from the Government.

In short, CTRAN has been the interfacing tool between Project Sammaan and the Government.

CTRAN’s journey with Project Sammaan has certainly been marked with achievements. The team also designed the questionnaire to acquire feedback which would help in developing the capacity building module for Bhubaneswar and Cuttack Municipal Corporation officials to sustain the sanitation project.

Some of the other remarkable achievements include successfully acquiring the technical sanction on the estimates of 27 Public Toilet sites. Also, the task of obtaining subsequent approvals from various committees and the Council of Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation was successfully accomplished. Further, CTRAN has also been effective in opening a Project Sammaan specific bank account in both the BMC and CMC, as well as in obtaining land approvals.
